Settled on Yanshou Street in the Minsheng Community in 2014. ALL DAY ROASTING COMPANY (ADRC) have always embraced an almost obsessive passion for coffee, which is why you can find Taiwan’s most beautiful three-group SLAYER espresso machine and a range of professional equipment in our shop. Every investment beyond budget was made solely to enrich the customer’s experience with our products. At the same time, we firmly believe that a good cup of coffee comes from quality raw materials and proper roasting.

In its first year, ALL DAY collaborated with renowned roasters across Taiwan. Guests could always enjoy beans roasted by different local roasters, offering diverse roasting styles, roast levels, and origins from major coffee-producing regions—even decaffeinated coffee. During this process, we gradually fell in love with the fragrant, vibrant, and sweetly acidic character of light-roast coffee, which has since defined ALL DAY’s stylistic direction.

In 2016, as we explored the question “What makes a good light roast coffee?”, we introduced single-origin beans roasted by specialty coffee shops from around the world. This not only allowed our guests to experience light-roast styles outside Taiwan but also gave us the opportunity to continue shaping ALL DAY’s own flavor profile. In tasting beans roasted in the Nordic style, we discovered their captivating aromas, lively acidity, and layered flavors—qualities that deeply resonated with us. That July, ALL DAY installed a Diedrich IR-5 semi-hot-air roaster and Cropster roasting software in their branch café name The Normal, officially committing ourselves to crafting signature light-roast coffees. After hundreds of experimental batches, we gradually honed in on a flavor goal and began to express a style that is uniquely our own.

A good cup of coffee never appears out of thin air. It is the result of contributions from coffee farms, green bean traders, roasters, cuppers, baristas, and you—the thoughtful drinker. This is the true meaning of Specialty Coffee, and it is the flavor journey that ALL DAY ROASTING COMPANY invites you to experience together.
